When you're using our services or checking out our content, we automatically pick up and log certain info, such as when and how often you access the service, your IP when you visit, and event info (like errors, crashes, restarts, updates, etc.).

Data gathered by the Geeco Smartcare smart pillow and the Geeco Smartcare app are securely stored on your personal smartphone linked to your account, or on our Zhenyuan Tiancheng data cloud. This setup allows for fast access and seamless sharing of content across various devices. Rest assured, neither we nor our partners delve into the content stored on our partners' servers. Any personal information collected or generated beyond the borders of the People's Republic of China is housed here in the United States.

     2.As you utilize the smart pillow with the Geeco Smartcare app, we collect physiological data to better serve you. This includes details like your height, weight, age, the specific traction settings, duration, and timing of your use of the Geeco Smartcare pillow. We also note the frequency, duration, and timing of your breathing exercises, your selected pillow height settings, and your preferences for the ambient light's color and brightness. All this information is used to enhance data analysis, presentation, and personalized recommendations within the Geeco Smartcare app and on Zhenyuan Tiancheng's data cloud.

  4. Features and Corresponding Permissions

     1.For features like data sync and logging on the smart pillow, we require permissions for storage access, internet connectivity, and location services (both network-based and GPS). When you link to the smart pillow via Bluetooth, granting location access is essential for a swift and successful pairing and connection with your device.

     2.Network Information: We also gather insights into your wireless and mobile network connections, including details like your service provider and signal strength.

  1. The information and materials we gather about you are stored on Zhenyuan Tiancheng's servers. This data could potentially be transferred to, accessed from, stored in, or displayed outside of your country or region, or in the location where the data was initially collected.
  2. Your Zhenyuan Tiancheng accounts come with robust security features. Please keep your username and password information secure. We take the protection of your information seriously, employing measures such as password encryption to prevent data loss, misuse, and unauthorized changes. However, it's important to remember that no security measures on the internet are entirely foolproof.
